“Yakimiso Ramen Yadoya(灼味噌らーめん 八堂八)”, a warm and popular shop that uses homemade miso and has a unique taste that aims to be Hokkaido”, will close in October next year
My favorite miso ramen is located in Meguro Ward, Tokyo. It’s called “Yakimiso Ramen Yadoya(灼味噌らーめん 八堂八).” It opened in February 2019, so it has been around 5 years. The shop is located approximately 750 meters from Nakameguro Station on the Tokyo Metro, and is located on the second floor of a back alley rather than along a major street, making it a popular shop through steady efforts. It also has a high score of 94.6 out of 100 (as of November 27, 2023) on the ramen search site “Ramen Database.”
However, once it becomes popular, other problems arise. The shop announced on its SNS that it has decided to close next year in October 2024. I thought it was lonely, so I went there to eat several times, but I went again.
