Kinsai-tei has two selling points. “Kinsai Premium Soup Chinese Noodles” is a branch from Hakata that boasts a unique clear soup that is “a type of Chinese noodle that you can drink up in one go.” The other is “Nishiogi Dandan Noodles with the aroma of angel’s chili oil.” It is a new type of Dandan Noodles that does not use sesame paste, but uses original angel’s chili oil and a special seasoning.
