The hugely popular ramen chain “Tenkaippin(天下一品)” has been in the news as its shops have been closing one after another.
To summarize, the “Tenkaippin” that closed this year was operated by franchisee MP Kitchen Co., Ltd., and has since been renovated and reopened as other types of business by the same company, such as “Mita Seimenjo” and “Happotei”. I went to try the three types of businesses run by the much talked about MP Kitchen Co., Ltd.
