“Shio Soba Jikuu(塩そば時空)” is a special homemade noodle with a signboard of “Takaido Seimenjo(高井戸製麺所).” Two types of soup can be used separately.
About 900 meters north of Takaido Station on the Keio Inokashira Line, a ramen shop has already opened with long lines. When you see them in line, it says “Takaido Seimenjo(高井戸製麺所),” but this is not the store’s name. Since the noodles are carefully made in-house, the noodle-making department was named after that.
