RAMEN MATSUI / Shio Soba Jikuu / Hakodate Shio Ramen Goryokaku
The “Michelin Guide Tokyo 2025” was released last October.
Three shops are listed for the first time in the “2025 edition.”
01″RAMEN MATSUI” (Shinjuku Gyoenmae Sta.)

02″Shio Soba Jikuu(塩そば時空)” (Takaido Sta.)

03″Hakodate Shio Ramen Goryokaku(函館塩ラーメン 五稜郭)” (Ogikubo)

The first two are relatively new, opening in 2023, but the third, “Goryokaku”, was founded in 2015 and has finally seen the light of day. The taste has not changed suddenly, and it has been popular among enthusiasts for a long time. It is interesting to see local ramen in Tokyo come into the spotlight.
