There are several recent trends, and I’ve eaten a menu that seems to be a combination of two of them. This is Senno Tori (千乃鶏)(Setagaya Ward, Tokyo).

Ramen Hot Tip Information
Chuka Soba Senno Tori(中華そば 千乃鶏) (6 minutes walk from Ikejiri Ohashi Station on the Tokyu Denentoshi Line) opened in March last year(2022). From around November, we will start offering “Kamatama Abura Soba(釜玉油そば)” as a new menu item only at night. It has the recent trend of “Kamatama” and “TKM” style, and has become a hot topic for its addictive taste and appearance. Chinese noodles and kelp water tsukemen are also popular.
