Booth No.26 MENDOKORO WAKAMUSHA

A rich collagen chicken soup made by simmering a large amount of Fukushima Prefecture’s three major local chickens, “Aizu Jidori,” “Kawamata Shamo,” and “Date Chicken,” and extracting only the umami flavor of the chicken!

Booth No.27 Extra Thick Rosy Seabass Tsukemen smile (SUMIRE)

Opening period:
May 9th (Fri) to May 13th (Tue)

We’ve gathered ingredients from Mie Prefecture into this bowl! This ramen is made with local ingredients, such as Matsusaka pork roast chashu and a special soup made with Ise lobster from Ise-Shima. The noodles are made with “Mochi-hime”, which has a chewy texture.
