We’ve gathered ingredients from Mie Prefecture into this bowl! This ramen is made with local ingredients, such as Matsusaka pork roast chashu and a special soup made with Ise lobster from Ise-Shima. The noodles are made with “Mochi-hime”, which has a chewy texture.
