Osaka Ramen Festa 2025 April

A ramen festival where popular ramen shops from all over Japan gather. Under the supervision of “Ramen Data Bank,” which covers ramen information from all over the country, a total of six ramen festivals are planned during the Gourmet EXPO, with shops changing according to the theme.

The first “Osaka Ramen Festa” will be held from Saturday, April 12th to Sunday, April 20th, and the first round will feature shops featured in famous gourmet guides. In May, there will be shops selling “popular and trending shops in Japan,” in June, “local ramen from all over Japan,” in July, “summer noodles such as chilled and tsukemen,” in September, “collaboration noodles made by popular ramen shops that can only be eaten here,” and in October, “local ramen that is currently trending.”
(A total of six festivals with different themes are planned during the Osaka Gourmet EXPO period.)

Booth No.20 Rishiri Ramen Miraku

April 12th(Saturday) to April 20th(Sun)

This ramen has been awarded the Bib Gourmand award for two consecutive periods by the famous Hokkaido gourmet guide!
Its fragrant soup, made with plenty of Rishiri kelp, considered the finest ingredient, and the aroma of roasted soy sauce make this a superb bowl!

Booth No.21 Furano Tomikawa

Opening period:

“Food, should makes the most of the bounty of the region” – since our founding, we have been aiming to serve the best ramen using ingredients from Hokkaido. Our ramen, made with traditional cooking methods that do not use chemical seasonings or additives and based on the concept of locally produced, locally consumed noodles, continue to attract customers from all over the world.

Booth No.22 Sendai Quroku

Opening period:

A shellfish broth soup made with oysters and clams from Miyagi Prefecture and topped with plenty of Sendai’s specialty “beef tongue”! This bowl is just like the “tongue salt” of a high-end yakiniku restaurant! This luxurious dish will whet your appetite.

Booth No.23 Chinese Noodles Mitsufuji

Booth No.24 Miso Ramen Hanamichi An

This is a famous miso ramen shop that opened in 2008 in Nogata, Nakano Ward, Tokyo, and has established a new genre of Tokyo miso ramen (a combination of thick noodles and rich soup). It is a popular shop with a long queue that has been selected in famous gourmet guides.
